Tour pricing varies depending on the hotel category, travel dates, group size, and specific cities included in your itinerary. Here’s a general guideline:
- 3-star hotels: From approximately USD 80–120 per person per day (Double/Twin Sharing)
- 4-star hotels: From approximately USD 120–150 per person per day (Double/Twin Sharing)
- 5-star hotels: From approximately USD 150– 180+ per person per day (Double/Twin Sharing)
These rates typically include accommodation, daily breakfast, guided tours, transportation, and some meals, but may vary by destination and season. 2.What are the payment terms when booking a trip with VNA Travel DMC?
- To book a trip with VNA Travel DMC, you will need to pay a 20% deposit.
- Final payment is required no later than 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
3.What is your cancellation policy, and how can I modify my booking?
- Vietnam Asia Travel DMC allows you to make 45 free date changes, as long as the change is made at least 45 days before the start of the tour.
- Vietnam Asia Travel DMC allows you to transfer existing payments to a future tour to avoid cancellation fees if you can't travel and inform Vietnam Asia Travel DMC, 30 days before departure.
- Vietnam Asia Travel DMC requires a minimum deposit of 20% or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 30 days before departure.
- We don't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of Vietnam Asia Travel DMC charges.
- Up to 46 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of deposit.
- At 45 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of booking price.
