Day 1: WELCOME TO CAMBODIA - SIEM REAP ARRIVAL
Your Indochina adventure begins with your arrival in Siem Reap. Your private driver will meet you at the airport, holding a signboard with your name. He will escort you to your accommodation right in the heart of the city. You can easily explore the city at your own pace or relax at the hotel after the flight.

Day 2: SIEM REAP
Breakfast at the hotel - Heading out of town we make our way by traveling on a newly paved road to the intricately carved and well preserved temple of Banteay Srei. Along the way we make stopover at the Preah Dark village and we follow these with a visit the Banteay Samre Temple adorned with impressive relief’s depicting scenes of Vishunu as well as Krishna legends. Afternoon, Visit Angkor Wat, the largest temples in world and covers an area of 200 hectares and surrounded by moat and an exterior wall measuring 1300 meters x 1500 meters.

Day 2: SIEM REAP
Breakfast at hotel. Visit Angkor Thom, the South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon Temple, built from the late 12th century to the early 13th century by King Jayavarman VII and consists of 54 towers, the Royal Enclosure, the Phimeanakas, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King, then Visit Preah Khan temple, built by King Jayavarman VII dedicated to his father. It is a huge, highly exportable monastic complex, and served as a Buddhist monastery and school, engaging over 1000 monks. Afternoon, visit visit the jungle covered temple of Ta Prohm is an incredible sight. There are enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers which embrace themselves in the stone foundations of the structure giving the impression of man's creation being reclaimed by the powerful forces of nature and followed by sunset on top of Phnom Bakeng.

Day 4: FLIGHT FROM SIEM REAP TO HANOI
On your final day in Siem Reap, your private driver takes you to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Your driver picks you up at Noi Bai Airport and transfers you to your hotel in the city center. From there, you're free to relax or explore however you'd like.

Day 5: HANOI - NINH BINH
At 8:00 AM: Our driver and guide will pick you up by a sharing Limousine. Head to Ninh Binh, a place rich in history, culture, religion, and natural beauty. Take pictures along the Red River delta.
- Visit Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s capital from the 10th to 11th centuries. It’s protected by limestone mountains and rivers, offering stunning scenery.
- At Hoa Lu, visit temples honoring Emperors Dinh Tien Hoang and Le Dai Hanh, who played key roles in Vietnam’s independence from China.
- Have lunch at a local restaurant. Then, head to Tam Coc, also known as “Halong Bay on Land.”
- Board a private sampan boat for a 90-minute ride along the Ngo Dong River.
- Visit Mua cave, which attracts visitors with its many interesting stories. Climb 500 stone steps to see all the way to Tam Coc, and enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the countryside and Ngo Dong river.
The return to Hanoi will leave you the rest of the afternoon and evening at your leisure.

Day 6: HANOI - TRAVEL TO HALONG BAY
Morning: Your journey continues at 08:30 with a pickup from your hotel for a scenic three-hour drive to Halong Bay. As a cornerstone of your Vietnam Tour in 8 Days, this UNESCO World Heritage site and Natural Wonder will leave you speechless with its emerald waters and thousands of towering limestone karsts.
Afternoon: Upon arrival, check into your comfortable cabin as we embark on a spectacular overnight cruise. This 8 Day Vietnam Tour highlight features a variety of immersive activities, including:
- Kayaking & Swimming: Get up close to the limestone formations.
- Floating Villages: Visit local fishing communities to see a unique way of life.
- Cooking Demonstrations: Learn the secrets of traditional Vietnamese cuisine on deck.
Evening: As the sun sets, the boat will anchor in a peaceful spot. Enjoy a Happy Hour cocktail on the sundeck followed by a fresh seafood dinner. End your day with stargazing or a film before retiring to your cabin. This magical night on the water is an essential part of your Vietnam Tour in 8 Day experience.

Day 7: HA LONG - BACK HANOI
Wake up and have breakfast with tea or coffee watching the sunrise over limestone peaks. Explore the bay's views and dramatic islets by kayaking through emerald waters at Frog Pond or taking a swim.
Pack up your cabin and check out, then enjoy time on the bay before lunch and disembarking at Tuan Chau Harbor.
The shuttle bus takes you back to Hanoi, arriving by mid-afternoon. Dinner is on your own at your hotel.

Day 8: HANOI FLY TO LUANG PRABANG
Have breakfast at the hotel, have a free leisure time until there will be a private cab transfer you to the airport, and ready for the next flight to Luang Prabang.

Note that flights from Hanoi to Luang Prabang are only accessible on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. Please book your flight return flight to your home country based on this information.
Day 9: LUANG PRABANG – PAK OU CAVES - KUANG SI WATERFALLS
This morning, transfer to the pier and board a traditional long-tail boat for a scenic cruise upstream along the mighty Mekong River.
- Take in the stunning mountain landscapes and observe the rhythms of rural life along the riverbanks. Arrive at the sacred Pak Ou Caves, located at the confluence of the Mekong and Nam Ou Rivers. Inside these two caves, you will find hundreds of centuries-old Buddha images, revered pilgrimage objects, especially during the Pimai celebrations. Cruise back toward Luang Prabang, stopping en route at Ban Xang Khong, a traditional weaving village, where you can observe local craftsmanship and even try weaving with the guidance of skilled artisans.
In the afternoon, travel through lush rice paddies and countryside to the breathtaking Kuang Si Waterfall.
- Enjoy a short walk along forest trails to visit the nearby bear rescue center, then take in the spectacular scenery as the waterfall cascades over limestone tiers into a series of turquoise pools—perfect for relaxing or exploring. Return to Luang Prabang in the late afternoon.

Day 10: LUANG PRABANG – CITY TOUR - DEPARTURE
This morning, visit Wat Xieng Thong further emphasizes the uniqueness of Luang Prabang, its several roofs sweeping low to the ground. See also the impressive "tree of life" mosaic here. The gilt panel on the exterior of the chapel depicts semi-erotic episodes from the Ramayana.
Then visit the National Museum, explore the city’s fascinating array of shimmering temples and French colonial buildings.
Then explore Wat May built in 1796, the five-tiered roof of the wooden Sim (chapel) epitomizes the graceful Luang Prabang architectural style.

- Vietnam Asia Travel DMC allows you to transfer existing payments to a future tour to avoid cancellation fees if you can't travel and inform Vietnam Asia Travel DMC, 30 days before departure.
- Vietnam Asia Travel DMC requires a minimum deposit of 20% or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 30 days before departure.
- We don't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of Vietnam Asia Travel DMC charges.
- Up to 46 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of deposit.
