Day 1: Welcome To Laos - Luang Prabang Arrival
Upon arrival at Luang Prabang International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your guide and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, enjoy a short orientation walk through the charming town, followed by a visit to the lively night market, where you can experience local culture and browse handmade crafts. Return to your hotel for the evening.

Day 2: Authentic Luang Prabang City Discovery
This morning, begin your exploration with a visit to Wat Visoun, home to the impressive Thad Makmo Stupa. Continue to Wat Aham, before heading to the iconic Wat Xieng Thong—one of the most photographed temples in Laos, beautifully situated at the tip of the peninsula near the confluence of the Mekong and Khan Rivers.
In the afternoon, visit the former Royal Palace, now the Royal Palace Museum, offering insight into Laos’ royal heritage. Continue to Wat Mai Suwannaphumaham, renowned for its intricate golden bas-reliefs. During Pimai, the sacred Prabang Buddha image—usually housed in the Royal Palace Museum—is brought here for public viewing.

Day 3: Explore Luang Prabang, Pak Ou Caves & Kuang Si Waterfall
This morning, transfer to the pier and board a traditional long-tail boat for a scenic cruise upstream along the mighty Mekong River.
- Take in the stunning mountain landscapes and observe the rhythms of rural life along the riverbanks. Arrive at the sacred Pak Ou Caves, located at the confluence of the Mekong and Nam Ou Rivers. Inside these two caves, you will find hundreds of centuries-old Buddha images, revered pilgrimage objects, especially during the Pimai celebrations. Cruise back toward Luang Prabang, stopping en route at Ban Xang Khong, a traditional weaving village, where you can observe local craftsmanship and even try weaving with the guidance of skilled artisans.
In the afternoon, travel through lush rice paddies and countryside to the breathtaking Kuang Si Waterfall.
- Enjoy a short walk along forest trails to visit the nearby bear rescue center, then take in the spectacular scenery as the waterfall cascades over limestone tiers into a series of turquoise pools—perfect for relaxing or exploring. Return to Luang Prabang in the late afternoon.

Day 4: Travel to Vang Vieng – A Scenic Laos Experience
After breakfast, depart on a scenic overland journey to Vang Vieng. The drive winds through breathtaking mountain landscapes, offering panoramic viewpoints and plenty of opportunities to stop for photos along the way.
Upon arrival, enjoy a relaxing long-tail boat ride along the Nam Song River, drifting past peaceful rural scenes set against a dramatic backdrop of limestone karst mountains—one of Laos’ most iconic landscapes.

Day 5: From Vang Vieng to Vientiane – City Exploration
After breakfast, visit Tham Jang Cave. Climb the 172 steps to the entrance and be rewarded with spectacular panoramic views over the town and surrounding landscape.
Continue your journey by road to Vientiane, the capital of Laos. Upon arrival, begin your city exploration with visits to some of its most iconic landmarks:
- Wat Si Saket (Wat Prakeo), once home to the revered Emerald Buddha, now housed in Bangkok.
- Pha That Luang, the country’s most sacred monument and a powerful national symbol.
- Patuxai, the city’s Victory Monument, often compared to the Arc de Triomphe, built in the post-Indochina War period.

Day 6: Time to Say Goodbye – Departure from Vientiane
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the final day of your journey in Laos. After completing your hotel check-out, take some time to explore local markets and pick up souvenirs for family and friends.
Later, your private driver will transfer you to Wattay International Airport for your onward flight home.
