Day 1: WELCOME TO VIETNAM - HANOI ARRIVAL

Your Vietnam adventure begins with your arrival in Hanoi. Your private driver will meet you at the airport, holding a signboard with your name. He will escort you to your accommodation right in the heart of the city, with the fascinating Old Quarter at your fingertips. You can easily explore the city at your own pace or relax at the hotel after the flight.

Day 2: Hanoi – Travel to Halong Bay Cruise

In the morning, check out of the hotel, and get picked up by the Cruise team. Take the most scenic route to reach Halong Bay, taking you across the Red River Delta with emerald green rice paddies stretching for as far as the eyes can see.

On arrival at the pier, you will board the cruise and enjoy the fantastic views of limestone rocks and the karst grottoes. Have an utterly delicious seafood lunch and enjoy the time at the sundeck exploring the Bay.

The cruise will stop in a secret place where you will spend time kayaking or swimming, so you can explore the karst grottoes closer. Towards the evening, you will return to the boat for an early dinner, followed by some time at leisure. You can optionally attend the activities taking part on the boat or just relax.

Day 3: HALONG BAY - TRAVEL BACK HANOI

Start your day early to witness the breathtaking sunrise over this natural wonder, followed by breakfast served in the dining room. Join a Tai Chi session on the sundeck to gently awaken both body and mind.

Continue your journey with a visit to a stunning limestone cave adorned with impressive stalactites and stalagmites. After exploring, return to the cruise to check out and enjoy a leisurely brunch as the boat sails back to the harbor. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your accommodation in Hanoi.

Day 4: TRAVEL FROM HANOI TO ANCIENT TOWN OF HOI AN

Enjoy your remaining time in Hanoi before your private driver escorts you to the airport for your flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival at Da Nang Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your accommodation in Hoi An. The rest of the day is at your leisure.

Day 5: RIDING THE BASKET BOAT AND FISHING LIKE A LOCAL

Our English-speaking guide will meet you at your hotel at around 8:00 AM and accompany you on a scenic cycling trip through the countryside and rivers surrounding Hoi An.

  • As you ride along quiet village paths, you’ll experience the warm hospitality of local residents and take in the peaceful beauty of the rural landscape.
  • Continue to Cam Thanh Eco-Village, a place rich in history, especially during the resistance wars. Here, you’ll enjoy a unique paddle boat ride in a traditional Vietnamese bamboo basket boat through the tranquil waterways of a lush coconut palm forest.
  • Along the way, meet local fishermen and take part in hands-on activities such as traditional net fishing and catching “purple crabs” in the canals. You’ll also receive charming handmade souvenirs crafted from nipa palm leaves, including hats, rings, and more.

After the boat experience, savor a delicious lunch at a local restaurant before cycling back to your hotel.

Day 6: EMBRACE THE CHAMR OF HOI AN

Enjoy a free day to explore Hoi An at your own pace. You can rent a bicycle to discover the town, ride along the riverside, or head to the beach and relax at a local café after a swim in the calm, warm sea.

You may also visit a tailor shop for custom-made clothing or accessories.

In the evening, stroll through the lantern-lit Old Town and enjoy the lively street performances

Day 7: TRAVEL FROM HOI AN TO HO CHI MINH

Enjoy your remaining time in Hoi An before your private driver transfers you to Da Nang Airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your accommodation. The rest of the day is at your leisure

Mekong Delta Discovery

Your pickup happens at 7:20 am and you'll head to the Mekong Delta, making your way to My Tho on the left side of the Mekong River. You'll board a sampan and cruise around four islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise.

At Unicorn Island, you'll walk country lanes, see orchards, taste tropical fruits, and hear folk songs from locals. A hand-rowed sampan takes you through Thoi Son canal where you'll visit family businesses and a honey-bee farm, plus try honey tea and coconut candy. Lunch comes at a local restaurant. The afternoon means either cycling around Tan Thach village to meet locals and see how people live here, or relaxing in a hammock.

You'll head back to Ho Chi Minh City around 5:30 pm.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City

Day 13: CU CHI TUNNELS

Your half-day tour starts at 8 am with Independence Palace, also called Reunification Palace, sitting on the site of the former Norodom Palace. You'll see beautiful French Colonial structures like Notre Dame Cathedral and the historic Central Post Office. The War Remnants Museum comes next, with extensive displays from the Indochina wars.

You'll get back to your hotel or meeting point by noon.

Day 10: TRAVEL FROM VIETNAM TO CAMBODIA

Have breakfast at the hotel and gave some rest before your private driver escorts you to the airport to take the flight to Siem Reap. When you arrive at Siem Reap Airport, your driver will pick you up and transfer you to your accommodation. The rest of the time is free at leisure.

Day 11: ANGKOR TEMPLES

Start your sightseeing tour of Angkor area we spend a full day exploring the wondrous ancient ruins with the South Gate of Angkor Thom, which is famous for its series of colossal human faces carved in stone, the impressive Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and the largest as well as the most complete temple of Angkor Wat. This architectural masterpiece was constructed in the 12th century and covers an area of about 210 hectares. We stroll around this massive edifice, seeing the many galleries with columns, libraries, pavilions, courtyards, and ponds full of water reflecting the towering temple and the jungle-covered temple of Ta Prohm is an incredible sight. There are enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers which embrace themselves in the stone foundations of the structure giving the impression of man's creation being reclaimed by the powerful forces of nature.

Day 12: EXPLORE THE FLOATING VILLAGES OF TONLE SAP LAKE

After breakfast, visit to Floating Village, take a ride by traditional wooden boat on Tonle Sap Lake to experience the human occupations at the edges of the lake is similarly distinctive – floating villages, towering stilled houses, huge fish traps, and an economy and way of life deeply intertwined with the lake, the fish, the wildlife and the cycles of rising and falling waters. In the wet season, the Tonle Sap Lake is one of the largest freshwater lakes in Asia. On the way back, visit the Western Baray (Baray Occidental) measuring 8 km by 2.3 km which provided water for the intensive cultivation of lands around Angkor.

Day 13: TRAVEL FROM SIEM REAP TO PHUKET

Have breakfast at the hotel and rest before your private driver escorts you to the airport to take the flight to Phuket. When you arrive at Phuket airport, your driver will pick you up and transfer you to your accommodation. The rest of the time is free for leisure.

Day 14: CHERISH YOUR TIME ON PHUKET BEACHES

Free at your leisure to discover Phuket by yourself. Phuket is a beautiful destination for sightseeing and adventuring. Spend your time exploring the stunning beaches, have a hike to the waterfall for a picnic, or take a boat trip to explore other islands nearby.

1.What are the payment terms when booking a trip with VNA Travel DMC?

  • To book a trip with VNA Travel DMC, you will need to pay a 20% deposit.
  • Final payment is required no later than 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

2.What is your cancellation policy, and how can I modify my booking?

Free Date Changes
  • Vietnam Asia Travel DMC allows you to make 45 free date changes, as long as the change is made at least 45 days before the start of the tour.
Transfer as credit for future tours
  • Vietnam Asia Travel DMC  allows you to transfer existing payments to a future tour to avoid cancellation fees if you can't travel and inform Vietnam Asia Travel DMC, 30 days before departure.
Low Deposit
  • Vietnam Asia Travel DMC requires a minimum deposit of 20% or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 30 days before departure.
Cancellation Policy
  • We don't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of Vietnam Asia Travel DMC charges.
  • Up to 46 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of deposit.
  • At 45 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of booking price.
