  • To book a trip with VNA Travel DMC, you will need to pay a 20% deposit.
  • Final payment is required no later than 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

8.What is your cancellation policy, and how can I modify my booking?

Free Date Changes
  • Vietnam Asia Travel DMC allows you to make 45 free date changes, as long as the change is made at least 45 days before the start of the tour.
Transfer as credit for future tours
  • Vietnam Asia Travel DMC  allows you to transfer existing payments to a future tour to avoid cancellation fees if you can't travel and inform Vietnam Asia Travel DMC, 30 days before departure.
Low Deposit
  • Vietnam Asia Travel DMC requires a minimum deposit of 20% or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 30 days before departure.
Cancellation Policy
  • We don't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of Vietnam Asia Travel DMC charges.
  • Up to 46 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of deposit.
  • At 45 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of booking price.
